- How many guests can the villa host?
- The whole house welcomes groups from 8 up to 20 guests across 4 to 7 bedrooms. Larger groups of 15 to 20 can open extra bedrooms at 1,000 THB per room per night.
- How far is the beach?
- The beach is a 3-minute walk away (about 200 metres), or a short ride on the villa's bicycles, and Jomtien Beach is about a 15-minute drive away.
- What is there to do nearby?
- Plenty within a short drive: Khao Chi Chan, Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, the Ramayana and Columbia Pictures Aquaverse water parks, Bang Saray and Ban Amphur beaches, and the Saturday Chak Ngaew Chinese Market.
- What is included?
- A private salt-water pool with a water slide and jacuzzi, karaoke with a JBL sound system, a standard-size pool table, a garden BBQ area, bicycles, pool floats and free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
- Can we cook our own meals?
- Yes. The villa has a full kitchen with a microwave, oven, rice cooker and kettle, plus a washing machine and a garden BBQ area.
- Is there parking at the villa?
- Yes. There is room for 7 cars: 5 inside the gate and 2 just outside.
- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
- How do I book?
- Reserve directly by phone, LINE or Facebook. Send us your dates and group size and we will confirm availability and the rate for your stay.
- Are pets allowed?
- Pets are not allowed, so the villa stays comfortable for every guest.
